A soundcloud client that was ahead of it's time but died a quick death.
Soundflake was a two people project trying to create a better listening experience for SoundCloud on the iPhone.
It was briefly on the top of the music category in the AppStore and got great reviews from customers as well as from media outlets.
Unfortunately SoundCloud didn't like the buzz the app got right before they wanted to relaunch their own app and kept us in limbo about the future of Soundflake. You can read the linked Medium Article if you are interested in my passive agressive summary of the situation.
When it was clear that there was no future for the project with SoundCloud we worked with hearthis.at to turn Soundflake into their official iOS client.
